- Project details you provide through our contact form or checkout process
- Billing information (service selections, invoice records) — we do not store credit card numbers
- Usage data and analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve our services

- Hosting service metadata (domains, deployment status)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver and manage web design, hosting, and support services
- To process orders and generate invoices sent via email or Discord
- To communicate about your projects, tickets, and account status
- To operate and improve the customer, developer, and owner portals

- Data is stored securely via Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies
- Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with support for OAuth providers
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Access to customer data is restricted by role (customer, developer, owner)
- We maintain audit logs of administrative actions
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
4. Data Sharing
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties
- We may share data with service providers necessary to deliver our services (hosting platforms, email delivery)
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights
- OAuth sign-in providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft) receive only the minimum data required for authentication
